The XVME-113 RAM/ROM memory module is a dual-height, VMEbus compatible board. It can accommodate adjusted to 12MB of RAM, 24 MB of EPROM, 12MB of EEPROM or 12MB of FLASH.
XVME-113 has 24 32-pin JEDEC socks , logically arranged as two banks. The bank contains 16 storage sites and the second repository contains 8 memory sites. Each bank is designed to use devices of the same type and speed of memory. Each bank can also be configured independently

The XVME-113 is designed with an onboard battery backup circuit to provide power to CMOS RAM devices in the event of a power failure. This module also provides a memory protection circuit that prevents data from being written to memory when the voltage drops below 4.65 volts. XVME-113 also contains a battery-supported real time clock and is configured with quantitative registers for reading memory type and size
