In the event of a primary controller failure, the standby option processor controls the system through the latest I/O and registration status information to enable collision-free controlled transmission while minimizing process impact. Critical processes that cannot tolerate any control interruptions ensure fast and smooth switching, resulting in 140ACI04000 resolution.
