Unit 0-57408-B is a DCS processor module for AutoMax series programmable controllers designed and produced by Reliance Electric.

The 0-57408-B processor module has only a few components on the panel. At the very top of the panel, you will find two yellow buttons. These buttons are marked with "FAULT CODE" in black text right above them. The yellow button at the top is labeled "1ST" and the button at the bottom is labeled "2ND." In between these two yellow fault code buttons, there is a small green indicator light directly labeled "OK" to the right.

Further down the panel, there are two female parallel ports. The top port is labeled as the "PROGRAMMER" port, while the bottom port is labeled as the "LOCAL COMM" port.
