The 0-60031-5 is a circuit board manufactured by Reliance as a component in its various drive systems, most commonly the Automate series drives. 0-60031-5 is considered obsolete and is no longer produced. It is often referred to as the dependent part. However, changes in the corporate structure have merged this part of Reliance Electric with other manufacturers. The part you are replacing may have originally been shipped from Baldor-Reliance or Asea Brown Boveri.

0-60031-5 is a parser and driver I/O PMI module. The assembly has an attached narrow panel with two female plug connectors in its lower half. These are labeled "parser feedback" and "drive.
