Type PLX31-EIP-ASCII4

ProSoft Technology's EtherNet/IP to ASCII four-port communication gateway allows high-speed bidirectional data transfer between EtherNet/IP™ -enabled PACs and ASCII devices such as electronic scales and bar code readers. The EtherNet/IP™ protocol driver supports an explicit messaging implementation. The gateway can be configured as a client and server.

EtherNet/IP™ PACs include Rockwell Automation ® ControlLogix and CompactLogix®, as well as multiple Schneider Electric ® controllers. The applications of this module are suitable for most industries, especially manufacturing, oil and gas, power and food processing.

The gateway has multiple features that simplify integration, reduce debugging time, and optimize performance
