The MVI56-HART is a ProSoft HART master multipoint network interface module, classified in the ControlLogix series. The MVI56-HART is a single slot module with either local or remote rack types. The module has a ladder logic data transfer type and provides up to 99 general and generic commands per port. The MVI56-HART can host up to 15 devices per port. The MVI56-HART is a 4-independent HART master port type with a shock absorption capacity of 30 grams in operation. The backplane current load of this module is 800 mA (5 V DC).

The ControlLogix module features a new standard for PLC that helps ensure high performance of applications and ensures a user-friendly environment. The ControlLogix controller comes with a memory option of up to 8 MB, supports intensive process applications, and allows for fast processing of motion applications.
