4301-MBP-DFCM几余,指重复配置系统的一些部件,当系统发生故障时,几余配置的部件介入并承担故障部件的工作,由此减少系统的故障时间模块化几余是指将系统构成上采用复式模块化结构[1],当一部件出现故障时,可自动或人工重构结构,由另部件替代故障部件工作,系统降级使用,除故障部件外,其余部分仍保持正常运行。4301-MBP-DFCM几余技术就是增加多于的设备,以保证系统可靠地工作。模块化几余是指将系统分层不同的功能模块,并采用几余技术。当系统某个功能模块出现故障时,用几余功能模块结构代替出故的模块,使系统正常工作。模块化几余是一种动态几余技术,属于硬件几余范畴。动态几余是指采用标准模块配置工作,一旦检测与诊断出故障发生的位置 系统能进行重组或恢复,并继续正常运行。

4301-MBP-DFCM以检测或屏蔽故障为目的而添加一定硬件设备的方法。常见的方法如下:硬件容错方法之一是硬件堆积几余,在物理级可通过元件的重复而获得(如相同元件的串、并联,四倍元件等),另一硬件容错的方法叫待命储备几余,该系统中共有M+1个模块,其中只有一块外于工作状态,其余M块都外于待命接替状态。一且工作模块出了故障,立刻切换到一个待命模块,当换上的储备模块发生故障时,又切换到另一储备模块,直到资源枯竭,显然,这种系统必须具有检错和切换的装置。

4301-MBP-DFCM混合余系统是堆积余和待命储备几余的结合应用。当堆积几余中有一个模块发生故障时,立刻将其切除并代之以无故障待命模块。这种方法可达到较高的可靠性。

ProLinx系列Modbus Plus至DF1主/从通信模块(5301-MBP-DFCM)在Modbus Plus网络上的设备和DF1从设备之间建立了强大的连接。该模块是一个独立的DIN导轨安装协议网关,提供一个Modbus Plus可配置DB-9F端口和一个可配置串行端口。 Modbus Plus协议驱动程序存在于双Modbus Plus端口(MBP)中。驱动程序可在单个端口的基础上配置为主机或从机,与其他Modbus Plus设备接口。Modbus端口是完全可配置的,提供了很大的灵活性。 DF1 (DFCM)协议驱动程序支持每个DF1端口上协议的主机或从机实现。所有DF1端口都可以单独配置,提供了极大的灵活性。

4301-MBP-DFCM redundancy refers to the repeated configuration of some components of the system. When the system fails, the redundant components intervene and undertake the work of the failed components, thus reducing the failure time of the system. Modularization redundancy refers to the adoption of a compound modular structure in the system composition. When one component fails, the structure can be reconstructed automatically or manually, and another component replaces the failed component to work, and the system is degraded and used. Except for the failed component, the rest remains. The redundant technology of 4301-MBP-DFCM is to add more equipment to ensure the system to work reliably. Modularization redundancy refers to layering the system into different functional modules and adopting redundancy technology. When a functional module of the system fails, several functional module structures are used to replace the failed module to make the system work normally. Modular redundancy is a dynamic redundancy technology, which belongs to the category of hardware redundancy. Dynamic redundancy refers to working with standard module configuration. Once the fault location is detected and diagnosed, the system can be reorganized or restored and continue to operate normally.

4301-MBP-DFCM is a method of adding certain hardware equipment for the purpose of detecting or shielding faults. The common methods are as follows: one of the hardware fault-tolerant methods is to accumulate redundant hardware, which can be obtained by repeating components at the physical level (such as serial, parallel and quadruple components of the same component, etc.), and the other hardware fault-tolerant method is called standby redundancy. There are M+1 modules in the system, of which only one is out of working state, and the other m blocks are out of standby replacement state. As soon as the working module fails, switch to a standby module immediately, and when the replaced reserve module fails, switch to another reserve module until the resources are exhausted. Obviously, this system must have error detection and switching devices.


4301-MBP-DFCM mixed surplus system is a combined application of accumulated surplus and standby reserve surplus. When one module in the stack breaks down, it will be removed immediately and replaced by a trouble-free standby module. This method can achieve high reliability.


ProLinx Modbus Plus to DF1 master/slave communication module (5301-MBP-DFCM) has established a strong connection between devices on Modbus Plus network and DF1 slave devices. This module is an independent DIN rail installation protocol gateway, which provides a Modbus Plus configurable DB-9F port and a configurable serial port. Modbus Plus protocol driver exists in dual Modbus Plus ports (MBP). The driver can be configured as a master or a slave on the basis of a single port to interface with other Modbus Plus devices. Modbus port is completely configurable, which provides great flexibility. The DF1 (DFCM) protocol driver supports the master or slave implementation of the protocol on each DF1 port. All DF1 ports can be configured separately, which provides great flexibility.
