    SITRANS LU180超声波液位传感器,7ML5202-0EA0超声波液位计/物位计基于声智能回波处理算法, 可有效确保物位测量数据的可靠性. 该技术通过滤波功能, 从声电噪音和搅拌器叶片运动所产生的虚假回波中准确地识别出物位的真实回波. 超声波脉冲传送到物料并返回的时间进行温度补偿后, 会转换为距离值进行显示和模拟输出。

SITRANS LU180 is an all-in-one ultrasonic level meter with a small range. Powered by a 2-wire 4 to 20 mA loop, this intrinsic safety transmitter is ideal for measuring liquids, slurries and bulk materials in open/closed containers up to 5 m (16.4 ft).

Scope of application

SITRANS LU180 ultrasonic level sensor,7ML5202-0EA0 ultrasonic level meter/level meter based on acoustic intelligent echo processing algorithm, can effectively ensure the reliability of level measurement data. The technique can accurately identify the true echo of the object level from the false echo generated by the acoustic and electric noise and the movement of the agitator blade through the filtering function. After temperature compensation for the time of ultrasonic pulse transmission to the material and return, it will be converted to the distance value for display and analog output.

• Main application areas: chemical storage tank, filter, mud tank, liquid storage tank, food application.
