Allen-Bradley 2094-BM02-S is a multi-axis module that is part of the Kinetix 6000 multi-axis drive servo system. The module has an integrated safety Torque Shutdown (STO) safety feature for applications requiring Safety Integrity Level (SIL) 3 and performance level (PLe). The shaft module is a single wide module that supports up to seven (7) per 8-axis power rail.
The 2094-BM02-S supports a bandwidth speed loop frequency of 500 Hz and a current loop frequency of 1300 Hz, with a pulse width modulation (PWM) frequency of 4 kHz. The shaft module has a nominal input voltage of 650VDC, a continuous current requirement (rms) of 10.3 amps, and a continuous current (sine wave) 0 packet of 14.6 amps.
The shaft module has peak enhancement and can be used in applications that require rapid acceleration and deceleration. The 2094-BM02-S has a standard peak inverter current rating of 150%, which can be significantly increased to 250% when the peak is enhanced.
