plc数字量和模拟量输入模块的区别是什么?一般来说我们把模拟量模块分为三种的:一是模拟量输入模块、二是模拟量输出模块、三是模拟量输入/输出模块。那数字量输入模块跟模拟量输入模块有什么区别呢?
一:PLC模拟量输入模块(模拟量输入模块)又称A/D模块,将现场由传感器检测而产生的连续的模拟量信号转换成PLC的CPU可以接收的数字量,一般多为12位二进制数,数字量位数越多的模块,分辨率就越高。
二:PLC模拟量输出模块。模拟量输出模块又称为D/A模块,把PLC的CPU送往模拟量输出模块的数字量转换成外部设备可以接收的模拟量(电压或电流)。模拟量输出模块所接收的数字信号一般多为12位二进制数,数字量位数越多的模块,分辨率就越高。而数字量模块就是检测外部开关量输入的状态。

三:数字量输入输出信号就是开关量信号,0或者1,模拟量信号,有2种,电压或者电流信号 ,一般是变送器传过来的信号,比如用压力变器检测水管压力,它会输出一个模拟信号4-20ma 或者 0-10V的信号给PLC,PLC来进行数据处理,这便是数字量输入模块跟模拟量输入模块的区别了。
在输入采样阶段,PLC以扫描方式依次地读入所有输入状态和数据,并将它们存入I/O映象区中的相应得单元内。输入采样结束后,转入用户程序执行和输出刷新阶段。在这两个阶段中,即使输入状态和数据发生变化,I/O映象区中的相应单元的状态和数据也不会改变。因此,如果输入是脉冲信号,则该脉冲信号的宽度必须大于一个扫描周期,才能保证在任何情况下,该输入均能被读入。
