Fireye生产的Phoenix 85UVF/IRF系列火焰检测器是应用了固态火焰检测传感器的微处理器设备。
它设有一个可以自动设定ON/OFF (有火/无火)门槛值的内部继电器,因此可以取消远程放大器
或者火焰开关。
Phoenix火检探头检测目标火焰产生的调制振幅(即火焰闪烁特性),以检测宽广的频率。在探头
的设定程序中,目标火焰的振幅将会与最佳的ON/OFF值一起被自动储存。相应适合的传感器增
益也将被自动选取。探头兼有全部自诊断和电子自检功能。
Phoenix 85UVF/IRF因为检测元件和适用危险区不同级别的认证不同而分成多种型号。请参看第3
页上Table 1总览表格和产品认证。
Phoenix 85UVF/IRF火焰探头需24Vdc供电,通过8针电气快拆接头与电缆连接(QD型号)。还有
标准4-20mA火焰强度信号输出。
注意: QD型号的接线形式改为电气快拆接头连接,替代了原有的自带3米长电缆的探头型
号。QD探头(相应电缆型号为59-546-X)可直接应用于Class I Division 2危险区。因而取消
了“EX”型号,应用于Ex II 2 G/D 类危险区的“CEX”型号保留不变。
Phoenix 85UVF 自检探头可检测295-340nm波长的紫外线。Phoenix 85UVF1-1QDK3和85UVF1-1CEXK3火检探头是标准的Phoenix产品的衍生,使用先进的光学滤镜。该滤镜调节了光学灵敏度,可
探测310nm到500nm波长的可见光。
典型应用: 烟道补燃器、工业燃气燃烧器、炼油设备、低NOx燃烧器、废气处理装置以及焚烧炉。
K3系列火检探头特别适合检测钢铁厂的可见光射线,例如高炉煤气和焦炉煤气的的燃烧。
Phoenix 85IRF自检探头可检测830-1100nm波长的红外线。适用于烟道补燃器、工业燃气燃烧器、
炼油设备的点火系统、低NOx的检测系统,以及连续运行和非连续运行的燃烧器。
典型应用: 烟道补燃器、工业燃油燃烧器,炼油设备,费油回收装置和焚烧炉。
注意: 因本系列探头都配有固态传感器,所以针对多种燃料火焰都有很好的性能。例如UV型的应
用在气体火焰工况下,但也可以用于油火焰包括重油火焰。当然,为求得100%满意的效果还需经
过试验才可。
