SV1-10伺服阀只有几个运动部件:一个轴由一对滚针轴承支撑,由预夹紧弹簧对中,轴上装有电磁驱动转子和转盘;定子线圆构成外磁路驱动部分安装在铝壳内,在外壳端面钻一个孔,孔内安装一根带定位爪的转轴,用螺丝刀旋转转轴可以改变转盘的零位。
EMG伺服阀的间隙比正常值增加了近10倍。油将杂质冲入回油室,并进入油箱,用螺丝刀可以再次感觉到震动信号。重新拧紧清洁螺栓(拧紧力约为80nm)确保泄漏间隙在工厂设定。如果拧紧时一直感觉到晃动信号,说明转盘没有被大颗粒堵塞。

EMG伺服阀的设计和操作方法:
阀的液压部分前端是一个带有环形槽的阀板,由四个长孔分成四个相同的部分,表面保持良好的光洁度。
阀体上的压力油口P分别与两个对称的环形槽连接,阀体上的回油口T分别与另外两个对称的环形槽连接;四个长孔分别成对对称地与致动器的端口a和b连接。
另一个非常有利于实际操作的特点是阀门堵塞后无需拆卸就可以现场冲洗。阀门的油口连接底板采用NG10标准换向阀油口尺寸。

EMG伺服阀的工作原理:
电流通过励磁线圈时,转子上产生一个力矩,力矩的大小和方向与电流的大小和方向成正比;这个力矩克服了定心弹簧产生的阻力,使转子转动,与转子固定在同一轴线上的转盘也转动。
因此,转盘上的盲孔从中间位置不断增加环形槽与长孔之间的连接面积,并将流量输出给执行器。
操作时,必须用螺丝刀将手动控制脱开,确定没有打颤信号,然后松开清洁螺栓1/4圈;这样,在正常调节范围内,位于密封盖内的转盘与阀板前缘的密封面之间存在一定的泄漏间隙Y1,液压将保持这个间隙不变。

The SV1-10 servo valve has only a few moving parts: a shaft supported by a pair of needle roller bearings, aligned by a pre-clamped spring, on which an electromagnetic drive rotor and a turntable are mounted; The driving part of the outer magnetic circuit is installed in the aluminum shell. A hole is drilled in the end face of the shell, and a rotating shaft with positioning claw is installed in the hole. The zero position of the rotating disk can be changed by rotating the shaft with a screwdriver.
The clearance of the EMG servo valve is nearly 10 times higher than normal. The oil flushes the impurities into the return oil chamber and into the tank, where the vibration signal can be felt again with a screwdriver. Retighten the cleaning bolt (tightening force approx. 80nm) to ensure that the leakage gap is set in the factory. If the shaking signal is always felt when tightening, it indicates that the turntable is not blocked by large particles.

EMG servo valve design and operation method:
The front end of the hydraulic part of the valve is a valve plate with an annular groove, divided by four long holes into four identical sections, and the surface maintains a good finish.
The pressure oil port P on the valve body is respectively connected with two symmetrical ring grooves, and the oil return port T on the valve body is respectively connected with another two symmetrical ring grooves. The four long holes are connected symmetrically in pairs to ports a and b of the actuator.
Another feature that is very beneficial for practical operation is that the valve can be flushed on site without disassembly after plugging. The valve oil port connection base plate adopts NG10 standard valve oil port size.
EMG servo valve application in industry:
Servo valves are an important part of any electro-hydraulic control system. The design of rotary spool and clearance adjustment ensures small friction loss, high repeatability and large power range of single stage valve.

EMG servo valve working principle:
When the current passes through the exciting coil, a torque is generated on the rotor, and the magnitude and direction of the torque are proportional to the magnitude and direction of the current. This torque overcomes the resistance generated by the centering spring and causes the rotor to rotate, as does the turntable fixed to the same axis as the rotor.
Therefore, the blind hole on the turntable continuously increases the connection area between the ring groove and the long hole from the middle position, and outputs the flow to the actuator.
When operating, the manual control must be removed with a screwdriver to ensure that there is no flutter signal, and then loosen the cleaning bolt 1/4 turn; In this way, within the normal adjustment range, there is a certain leakage gap Y1 between the turntable located in the sealing cover and the sealing surface of the leading edge of the valve plate, and the hydraulic pressure will keep this gap unchanged.
