Product overview

The PXIe-4145 is a 4-channel source measurement unit (SMU) ideal for high pin count applications. With four-quadrant operation, each channel is integrated with remote (4-wire) sensing to ensure accurate measurement. The PXIe-4145 provides fast sampling rates, reduces measurement time, captures transient characteristics, and quickly characterizes IV characteristics of the device under test (DUT). With a high-speed sorting engine, users can synchronize all the same SMU units, or with other instruments (e.g. switches, high-speed digital test modules). In addition, users can adjust the PXIe-4145's response using SourceAdapt technology to improve stability and reduce transient effects.
