GPIB-140A high integrity analog input module is specially designed for single and redundant configuration. The module has 8 current input channels. The input resistance is 250 ohms. GPIB-140A module distributes external transmitter power to each channel. This adds a simple connection to distribute power to a 2-wire or 3-wire transmitter. Transmitter power is monitored and current limited. All eight channels are isolated from the module bus in a group. The power supply of the module is generated by 24 V on the module bus. Meet NE43 recommended by NAMUR, and support configurable over-range and under-range limits.
