The NI PCI-MIO-16E-4 (Part numbers: PCI-6040E and 777383-01) is a versatile, plug-and-play, PCI-controlled and powered data acquisition device. The device can capture 250 kS/s when operating in multi-channel mode and 500 kS/s when operating in single-channel scanning mode. The PCI-MIO-16E-4 features 16 differential or eight 12-bit resolution single-ended analog input channels, and eight 5 V TTL/CMOS digital I/O lines. In addition, two 12-bit resolution analog output channels are available with a sample rate of 512 Samples/s and an output range of ±10 V. It has 3 DMA channels (scatter collection mode).
