National Instruments NI-9853 C series CAN interface module

The NI 9853 modules (part numbers: 779429-01, 780178-01, and 199016E-02L) are 2-port High Speed Controller Local Area Network (CAN) modules for NI CompactRIO. There are two variants of this module. Part number 779429-01 is a standard module, while part number 780178-01 has a conformal coating. With this module, users can complete communication with the gadget at a rate of up to 1 Mbit/s under 100% of the bus stack. Users can take advantage of CompactRIO's adaptability and execution capabilities. The NI 9853 CAN module has 11-bit and 29-bit assertion ID support and can communicate on J1939 systems. With NI 9853 CAN 2.3 or later driver programming, users can incorporate vector database documents into their applications. Users can program the CompactRIO framework in rest mode. In rest mode, the frame consumes less power and may scatter less heat. Usually, when the framework is in rest mode, the user cannot communicate with the module.
