P5020 QorIQ processor with a clock speed of 2.0 GHz. It offers 512 KB MRAM, 8 GB eMMC NAND flash memory, 16 MB SPI ROM, and 4 GB ECC DDR3-1333 RAM.

The MVME8105 offers two PMC/XMC slots, three Gigabit Ethernet ports, one Micro DB9 port, two USB 2.0 ports, two GPIO ports, and four RS-232/422/485 ports. The MVME8105 offers IEEE 1101 fixtures and VMEbus ladder fixtures for which board level support packages are available

WindRiver VxWorks, Linux and Green Hills Integrity.

The MVME8105 can be used in combination with the MVME8110-RTM conversion module. Allows the addition of two additional USB 2.0 ports, two Micro DB9 RS-232/422/485, two RS-232/422/485, two Gigabit Ethernet, two GPIO ports, and one PIM module slot.
