A P2010 processor with an 800 MHz e500 core, or a Freescale QorlQ P2020 processor with two 1.0 GHz e500 cores, or a Freescale QorlQ P2020 processor with two 1.2 GHz e500 cores. The QorIQ processor has 512 KB of L2 cache. Up to 2GB of DDR3-800 RAM is soldered to the motherboard. In addition, 16 MB SPI flash memory is available.
