由主窗口、设备窗口、用户窗口、实时数据库和运行策略五个部分构成，其中实时数据库是一个数据处理中心，是系统各个部分及其各种功能性构件的功用数据区，是整个系统的核心。各个部件独立地向实时数据库输入和输出数据，并完成自己的差错控制。在生成用户应用系统时，每个部分均可分别进行组态配置，独立创建，互不干扰；而在系统运行过程中，各个部分都通过实时数据库交换，形成互相关连的整体。

（3）支持多种硬件设备，实现“设备无关”

针对外部设备的特征，设备工具箱，定义多种设备构件，建立系统与外部设备的连接关系，赋予相关的属性，实现对外部设备的驱动和控制。用户在设备工具箱中可方便选择各种设备。不同的设备构件，所有的设备构件均通过实时数据库建立联系；而建立时又是相互独立的，即对某一构件的操作或改动，不影响其他构件和整个系统。
