HONEYWELL CC-PDIL01 开关量输入模块就是外部控制信号或现场检测信号给PLC CPU的处理模块,外部信号一般是按钮、接近开关、行程开关等。

输出模块是PLC根据输入模块采入的信号和内部逻辑编程进行逻辑处理,处理后的结果过,开关量输出便由输出模块输出高低电平信号,驱动外部中间继电器、接触器、指示灯、电磁阀等元件,进而使外部设备进行相应的动作

PLC输出模块的作用是对输出信号进行功率放大。PLC的信号是以电平表示的,要使它在被读出的过程中不发生畸变,就需要有一定的储备能量或者说要有一定的信号功率。输出模块的作用实际就是功率放大器。输出模块就是可以驱动外部负载。

常见的PLC输出器件有,晶体管、可控硅、继电器。

PLC输入模块用来接收,生产过程的各个参数。(启动 停止 )

PLC输出模块用来送出可编程控制器运算后得到的信息,并通过机外的执行机构完成工业现场的各类控制。(执行结果用输出)1.有良好的抗干扰的能力。

HONEYWELL CC-PDIL01 digital input and output signals are switch signals, 1 or 0, analog signals, there are two kinds, voltage or current signals, which are generally signals from transmitters. For example, when the pressure transmitter is used to detect the water pipe pressure, it will output an analog signal of 4-20 mA or 0-10V to PLC for data processing. HONEYWELL CC-PDIL01 switch input module is the processing module of external control signal or field detection signal to PLC CPU. External signals are generally buttons, proximity switches, travel switches, etc.
