IMHSS03液压伺服子模件属阀位控制类板件，在 INFI一90控制系统中用于控制汽轮机转速。IMHSS03液压伺服子模件（下称IMHSS03卡）是多功能处理器IMMFPO1、IMMFPO2或IMMFPO3同伺服阀或电液转换器进行接口的中间环节。多功能处理器(MFP)发出汽轮机调节阀的阀门开度指令至.HSS.卡:HSS卡根据指令输出阀门控制信号，最终使阀门开度与指令一致。MFP通过频率计数子模件IMFCSO1测量汽轮机转速—FCS对安装在主轴上的磁阻式传感器发出的脉冲进行计数和计时，MFP根据FCS 的计数结果即可计算出汽轮机的实际转速，同时根据设定点计算出新的阀位给定。

IMHSS03伺服卡作为一种新的升级换代产品，在提供更先进可靠性能的同时，也向下兼容IMHSS01与 IMHSSO2型的伺服卡。IMHSS03卡能够自动调整反馈增益，动态响应特性也得到了优化。

The IMHSS03 hydraulic servo sub-module belongs to the valve position control class, which is used to control the turbine speed in the INFI-90 control system. IMHSS03 hydraulic servo sub-module (hereinafter referred to as IMHSS03 card) is a multi-functional processor IMMFPO1, IMMFPO2 or IMMFPO3 interface with the servo valve or electro-hydraulic converter. The multifunctional processor (MFP) sends the valve opening instruction to the turbine control valve. HSS. Card: The HSS card outputs the valve control signal according to the command, and finally makes the valve opening consistent with the command. MFP measures the turbine speed through the frequency counting submodule IMFCSO1 - FCS counts and timing the pulses emitted by the reluctance sensor mounted on the spindle.
