FS7 火灾探测器为半导体湿式工作台火灾提供智能化二级响应:
第 1 级:警示。这是发生小型火灾(产生 3 千瓦的热能,相当于直径为 4 英寸的聚丙烯油池着火时产生的热量)时的第一级响应。第一级响应为火焰自行熄灭提供了一定时间。

FS7 fire detector provides intelligent secondary response for semiconductor wet bench fires:
Level 1: Warning. This is the first stage response in the event of a small fire (generating 3 kilowatts of thermal energy, equivalent to the heat generated when a 4-inch diameter polypropylene oil pool catches fire). The first response provides a certain amount of time for the flame to self-extinguish.
Level 2: Alarm. If the flame fails to quench on its own and reaches the thermal energy threshold specified by Factory Mutual (i.e., 13 kilowatts, equivalent to the heat generated by a fire in an 8-inch diameter polypropylene oil pool), a stage 2 response is activated.
The FS7-2173 is used with the FS7-130-SX controller or control panel FSWB. The controller and control panel supply power to the detectors, monitor the status of all detectors and communicate with each detector through a digital RS-485 channel. The FS7-2173 offers standard 20-foot cable connectors. The detector is connected to the controller or control panel via a self-locking connector and junction box. This connection method is quick and easy, and does not cause wiring problems. Each detector can store up to six sets of FirePics™ (Pre-event Multispectral Sensor Array data) labeled with time and date in its non-volatile memory. Controllers and control panels may also store event history tables in their non-volatile memory, including warnings, alarms, and failure histories labeled with time and date. FirePics™ and event history can be retrieved from the controller or control panel.
The FS7-2173-2RP unit model of the microprocessor (including digital signal processing algorithms) can continuously monitor the circuit, the built-in self-check function of the sensor, and verify that the operation is correct. The FS7-2303-2RP with discrete relay output can be operated as a standalone detector and can be connected to any approved fire alarm panel. The detector requires an external 24 V DC power supply and is supplied with a standard 20-foot stern cable. Up to six sets of FirePics™ and 200 events labeled with time and date can be stored in its non-volatile memory. FirePics™ and event history can be retrieved using the FS7 interface suite and Windows-based PC software.
