Description

Series 41 and 81 Modutrol IV motors are 2-position (line voltage and low voltage controlled by each motor) spring return motors. They are used to operate dampers or valves in applications that require or want controlled elements to return to the starting position in the event of a power failure or interruption.

When the power supply is interrupted, the integrated spring reset returns the motor to its normal position.

If the motor is installed in an upright position, the integrated junction box provides NEMA 3 weather protection.
