应用:


双通道缸胀测量模块MMS6410测量缸体的热膨胀,输入信号来自半电桥或全电桥结构的电感式传感器的输出。每个通道可以独立使用;两个通道也可以结合使用,将测量值相加或相减。模块可以对位移、角度、力、扭振等参数进行动态和静态的测量。


这种模块的测量可以和其它模块的测量一起组成涡轮机械保护系统, 以及作为输入提供给分析诊断系统、现场总线系统、分散控制系统、电厂/主计算机、网络如:WAN/LAN网、以太网。对于蒸汽机、燃汽机、水轮机、压缩机、风扇、离心机以及其它涡轮机械,使用本系统可提高使用效率、运行安全性和延长机械使用寿命。


1.  信号输入


MMS6410 有两种不同的放大器, SENS1H ( z8 ) /SENS1L ( z10 )和 SENS2H ( d8 ) /SENS2L ( d10 )用于连接感应式传感器。它们也适用于 epro 公制造制造 PR9350 系列传感器。同样,它们也适用于其它的测量链,例如阻抗为 200 … 600 Ω的感应式传感器。输入电压范围为 2.5Vrms 。


为了给传感器供电,每个通道包含一个约 4V 的电源输出, CF1-1 ( z6 ) /CF1-2 ( b6 )和 CF2-1 ( d6 ) /CF2-2 ( b8 ),该电压输出与电源部分是隔离的。


传感器及前置器的连接应按照接线图进行,传感器的中点接在 CF1(2)-2 ,端点接在电源上。如果基值不是小值,请改变电源的极性。


通道输入信号在监视器前面板的 Sensor signal 接口上可以测到。通过 SMB 电缆或 SMB - BNC 适配器,监视器可以接到示波器上,从传感器来的信号通过 1 : 1 的缓冲放大器送到前面板接口上。

Applications:


The dual-channel cylinder expansion measuring module MMS6410 measures the thermal expansion of the cylinder block with the input signal coming from the output of the inductive sensor of half bridge or full bridge construction. Each channel can be used independently; The two channels can also be used in combination to add or subtract measured values. The module can perform dynamic and static measurement of displacement, Angle, force, torsional vibration and other parameters.


Measurements of this module can be combined with measurements of other modules to form turbomachinery protection systems, as well as provided as input to analytical diagnostic systems, fieldbus systems, decentralized control systems, power plants/main computers, networks such as WAN/LAN networks, and Ethernet. For steam engines, gas engines, water turbines, compressors, fans, centrifuges and other turbo-machinery, the use of this system can improve the efficiency, operation safety and prolong the service life of the machinery.


1. Signal input


The MMS6410 has two different amplifiers, SENS1H (z8) /SENS1L (z10) and SENS2H (d8) /SENS2L (d10) for connecting inductive sensors. They are also available for epro manufacturing PR9350 series sensors. They are also suitable for other measurement chains, such as impedance of 200... 600Ω induction sensor. The input voltage range is 2.5Vrms.


To power the sensor, each channel contains a power output of about 4V, CF1-1 (z6) /CF1-2 (b6) and CF2-1 (d6) /CF2-2 (b8), which is isolated from the power supply portion.


The sensor and the preprocessor should be connected according to the wiring diagram. The middle point of the sensor is connected to CF1(2)-2, and the end point is connected to the power supply. If the base value is not small, change the polarity of the power supply.


The channel input signal can be measured on the Sensor signal port on the front panel of the monitor. Through an SMB cable or SMB-BNC adapter, the monitor can be connected to the oscilloscope, and the signal from the sensor is sent to the front panel interface via a 1:1 buffer amplifier.
