应用:
双通道轴偏心测量模块 MMS6220使用涡流传感器测量相对径向轴偏心信号,实现以下测量功能:
- 偏心峰峰值
- 传感器与被测物之间大/小距离。
这种模块的测量可以和其它模块的测量一起组成涡轮机械保护系统, 以及作为输入提供给分析诊断系统、现场总线系统、分散控制系统、电厂/主计算机、网络如:WAN/LAN网、以太网。对于蒸汽机、燃汽机、水轮机、压缩机、风扇、离心机以及其它涡轮机械。使用本系统可提高使用效率、运行安全性和延长机械使用寿命。
通过便携机(连接模块前面板RS232端口)可以对模块的运行方式进行组态或调整,还可以读出和显示测量值以及近一次的起机或停机的数据。
模块不间断地检查测量回路,在发现故障时给予指示,并在必要时闭锁报警输出。
状态指示有三种途径:
― 通过前面板“通道正常”指示灯;
― 通过“通道正常”输出1 / 2;
― 通过计算机及组态软件在Device status 显示。
a. 通道监测
模块检查输入信号的直流电压值。当输入信号超过设定上限0.5V或低于设定下限0.5V时,给出通道错误指示(传感器短路或断路)。
b. 过载监测
当动态信号的幅值超过设定量程时,模块给出过载信息。
c. 通道正常指示灯
指示灯变化如下:
― 指示灯熄灭(off)…… 故障
― 慢速闪烁(FS)0.8Hz……通道状态
― 快速闪烁(FQ)1.6Hz……模块状态
在通电后:
― 正常启动期……两个指示灯同步闪烁15秒。
― 模块未组态……两个指示灯交替闪烁。
― 模块未标定*……所有指示灯交替闪烁。 * 此种现象出现时,应送工厂处理。

Applications:
The dual-channel shaft eccentricity measurement module MMS6220 uses eddy current sensors to measure relative radial shaft eccentricity signals, enabling the following measurement functions:
- Eccentric peak value
- Large/small distance between the sensor and the measured object.
Measurements of this module can be combined with measurements of other modules to form turbomachinery protection systems, as well as provided as input to analytical diagnostic systems, fieldbus systems, decentralized control systems, power plants/main computers, networks such as WAN/LAN networks, and Ethernet. For steam engines, gas engines, water turbines, compressors, fans, centrifuges and other turbo-machinery. Using this system can improve the efficiency, operation safety and prolong the service life of the machine.
Through the portable computer (connected to the RS232 port on the front panel of the module), the operation mode of the module can be configured or adjusted, and the measurement value and the latest startup or shutdown data can be read and displayed.
The module continuously checks the measurement loop, gives an indication when a fault is found, and locks the alarm output if necessary.
There are three ways to indicate status:
- Through the "Channel Normal" indicator on the front panel;
- Output 1/2 through "Channel Normal";
- Display in Device status through computer and configuration software.
a. Channel monitoring
The module checks the DC voltage value of the input signal. When the input signal exceeds the set upper limit of 0.5V or is lower than the set lower limit of 0.5V, the channel error indication (sensor short circuit or open circuit) is given.
b. Overload monitoring
When the amplitude of the dynamic signal exceeds the set range, the module gives the overload information.
c. Normal channel indicator
The indicator changes as follows:
- The indicator is off...... breakdown
- Blinking at Low speed (FS) 0.8Hz...... Channel state
- Fast blinking (FQ) at 1.6Hz...... Module state
After power on:
- Normal startup period...... The two indicators blink simultaneously for 15 seconds.
- The module is not configured...... The two indicators blink alternately.
- Module not calibrated *...... All lights blink alternately. * When this phenomenon occurs, it should be sent to the factory for treatment.
