概述
epro轴振传感器由三部分组成：传感器、延伸线、前置器。 传感器使用电涡流检测技术，将检测到的距离信号转换为标准的电压输出，送至监视器进行监控并输出。
订货
在订货时必须选择传感器的安装螺纹形式、螺纹长度、金属铠装、中间接头、延伸线长度、前置器类型。 传感器螺纹形式用于传感器在支架上固定时安装螺纹的规范，有两种尺寸可以选择：公制：M10*1，英制：3/8”-24UNF。 螺纹长度用于在安装时调节探头表面与支架的距离，长度越长，可调节长度越长。必须注意的是安装空间是否可以容纳更长的探头体。 金属铠装指在延伸电缆外的不锈钢金属保护套管。 在传感器延伸线上可选1m处接头，接头的作用是方便安装，如果采用套筒式支架，必须选用带中间接头的传感器。 前置器可选防爆级别的型号CON011或标准型前置器CON021。 当涡流传感器用于轴振测量时，通常选择探头直径8mm，线性工作范围为2mm的传感器PR6423系列。
