胀差、轴位移是汽轮机监测保护系统Zui重要的两项技术参数,本文具有针对性的从理论和实际调试两方面间述了如何正确地定本特利3300系统胀 差、轴位移传威器的测量季位;就如何避免实际安装调试中常出现的问题,分析并提出了可靠的解决方法,从而为减少因传感器零位锁定不当造 引言:在高参数,大容量汽轮发电机组中,轴位移和胀差是直接反映汽轮机动静间隙的两项zui重要的技术参数,也是两项重要保护。目前,由于许多机组的轴差、位移监测系统传感器的零位锁定不当,使该系统在机组启动后,测量误差较大,甚至无法正常监测和投入保护,只能停机处理,因此,检修后机组的轴位移、胀差传感器的零位锁定是直接影响启机后,胀差、位移监测系统能否正确的反映汽轮机组的动静间隙,从而可靠投入保护的一项重要工作。


EPRO轴位移探头PR9376/010-011状态监测模块不间断地检查测量回路,在发现故障时给予指示,并在必要时闭锁报警输出。状态指示有二种途径:


通过前面板“通道正常”指示灯:


通过“通道正常”输出1/2;


通过计算机及组态软件在Device status 显示


a.通道监测


模块检查输入信号的直流电压值。当输入信号超过设定上限0.5V或低于设定下限0.5V时,给出通道错误指示(传感器短路或断路)。


b.过载监测


当动态信号的幅值超过设定量程时,模块给出过载信息。


c.通道正常指示灯


指示灯变化如下:


指示灯熄灭 (off) ...... 故障


慢速闪烁 (FS) 0.8Hz......通道状态

EPRO PR9376/010-011 9200-00097 Working principle:


The amplitude of the attenuation is proportional to the distance between the sensor and the measured object, and the amplitude of the attenuation is proportional to the distance between the sensor and the measured object. The sensor and the preprocessor have been linearly calibrated using quasi-materials before delivery, so there is no need to do calibration when installing. The user only needs to adjust the air gap between the sensor and the measuring surface until the desired signal is obtained from the output of the preprocessor.


Differential expansion and axial displacement are the two most important technical parameters of turbine monitoring and protection system. This paper describes how to correctly determine the measuring season of Bentley 3300 system's differential expansion and axial displacement transmitter from two aspects of theory and practical debugging. On how to avoid the problems that often occur in the actual installation and commissioning, the reliable solution is analyzed and proposed, so as to reduce the improper production due to the sensor zero locking introduction: In the high-parameter, large-capacity turbine generator set, shaft displacement and expansion difference are the two most important technical parameters that directly reflect the turbine dynamic and static clearance, and are also two important protection. At present, due to the improper zero locking of the sensor of the shaft difference and displacement monitoring system of many units, the measurement error of the system is large after the unit is started, and it can not even be monitored and put into protection normally, and can only be shut down. Therefore, the zero locking of the shaft displacement and expansion sensor of the unit after maintenance directly affects the starting of the machine. Whether the differential expansion and displacement monitoring system can correctly reflect the static and static clearance of the turbine unit, so as to put into reliable protection is an important work.


The EPRO axial displacement probe PR9376/010-011 condition monitoring module continuously checks the measurement loop, gives an indication if a fault is detected, and locks the alarm output if necessary. There are two ways to indicate the status:


Through the Channel Normal indicator on the front panel:


Output 1/2 through "Channel Normal";


Display in Device status through computer and configuration software


a. Channel monitoring


The module checks the DC voltage value of the input signal. When the input signal exceeds the set upper limit of 0.5V or is lower than the set lower limit of 0.5V, the channel error indication (sensor short circuit or open circuit) is given.


b. Overload monitoring


When the amplitude of the dynamic signal exceeds the set range, the module gives the overload information.


c. Normal channel indicator


The indicator changes as follows:


The indicator is off (off)...... breakdown


Blinking at low speed (FS) 0.8Hz...... Channel state
