轴相对振动模式用于提供给工厂中最关键旋转设备以提高可靠性。该功能与其它CSI A6500 ATG监测模块配合使用时，可形成一个完整的APl 670机械保护监测系统。其应用包括汽轮机、燃气轮机、压缩机和水轮机。

轴相对振动测量的主要功能是通过被测量参数与报警设定值进行比较，驱动报警和继电器输出，从而准确监测轴相对振动并以可靠的方式保护设备。

轴相对振动包括一个穿过轴承壳体安装或安装在轴承内部以旋转轴或监测目标安装在轴承外壳上以旋转轴作为监测目标的位移传感器。

这些输出有一个共地，并且与系统电源电隔离。A6500-UM通用测量卡的操作在A6500-SR系统机架中完成，并提供电源电压和信号的连接。A6500-UM通用测量卡具有以下功能:

A6500-UM axis relative vibration mode

The shaft relative vibration mode is used to improve reliability for the most critical rotating equipment in the plant. This function, when combined with other CSI A6500 ATG monitoring modules, forms a complete APl 670 mechanical protection monitoring system. Applications include steam turbines, gas turbines, compressors and water turbines.

The main function of shaft relative vibration measurement is to drive the alarm and relay output by comparing the measured parameter with the alarm set value, thus accurately monitoring shaft relative vibration and protecting the equipment in a reliable manner.

Shaft relative vibration comprises a displacement sensor mounted through the bearing housing or mounted inside the bearing with a rotating shaft or a monitoring target mounted on the bearing housing with a rotating shaft as a monitoring target.

These outputs have a common ground and are electrically isolated from the system power supply. The A6500-UM Universal measuring card is operated in the A6500-SR system rack and provides the connection of the power supply voltage and signal. The A6500-UM Universal Measuring card has the following functions:

Absolute vibration of the Q axis

Relative vibration of the Q axis

Q axis eccentricity

Q Shell piezoelectric vibration

Thrust and rod positions, differential and housing expansion, valve positions

Q Velocity and keys
