The 2080-LC50-48QWB is a Micro 850 logic controller manufactured by Allen Bradley. The unit has 28 24-volt DC or AC inputs, as well as 20 output relays for a total of 48 I/ OS, plus 6 HSC supports. It consumes about 33 watts of power and should provide about 20.4 to 26.4 volts of direct current (Class 2). The controller's input channel runs the tage category at 110 volts AC, up to 132 volts AC (at 60 Hz). It has a maximum off state voltage of 20 volts AC. It has a maximum off current of 1.5 mA and a maximum on current of 16 mA at 132 volts AC. For signal wiring, the wire diameter of the controller is required to be 0.2 to 2.5 square millimeters (or 24 to 12 AWG) of solid or stranded copper wire. Its signal, power and communication ports do not exceed two (2) wires per port and must be strictly limited to copper wires. The insulation can be stripped up to 7 mm (or 0.28 inches). The device also meets the IP20 housing protection rating and has C300, R150 pilot ratings. The unit can withstand a maximum ambient air temperature of 65 degrees Celsius (149 degrees Fahrenheit). To avoid condensation, keep the unit in a relative humidity zone between 5% and 95%, and do not operate the module at temperatures higher than 65 degrees Celsius or lower than -20 (149 and -4 degrees Fahrenheit). Similarly, the unit should not be kept at temperatures other than -40 to 85 degrees Celsius (-40 to 185 degrees Fahrenheit) when stored. The unit may have some components that are sensitive to electrostatic discharge (abbreviated ESD). It is not affected by contact discharges up to 4 kV and air discharges up to 8 kV. At frequencies of 10 to 500 Hz, the 2080-LC50-48QWB May vibrate up to 2 G and shock up to 25 g. The 2080-LC50-48QWB Series controller Micro 850 includes a USB interface that allows a standard USB cable to be applied to the module and used as a programming cable.
