The 1769-OB32 belongs to the 1769 compact I/O. The solid-state device is a discrete output source module manufactured by Allen-Bradley that works with both the CompactLogix controller and the MicroLogix 1500 controller.
The 1769-OB32 is a high-density module equipped with thirty-two (32) output channels isolated in two (2) groups of sixteen (16) channels. The module is suitable for applications where there is a lot of I/O and panel space is limited. This module occupies 1.5 slots in the CompactLogix or MicroLogix 1500 chassis to allow maximum modules supported by a particular controller.
The output channel of the module works in the source input configuration. Individual ON output delay measurements for each channel are 0.1 ms and OFF output delay is 1.0 ms. Each channel can carry currents of 0.5 A @ 60 °C (140 °F) and 1.0 A @ 30 °C (86 °F).
