Allen-Bradley 1756-OW16I 是一款十六 (16) 通道离散输出模块,是 ControlLogix 自动化平台的一部分。该模块是一个继电器输出模块,触点形式为常开 (N.O.) 和单独隔离。该模块也可以称为干接点输出模块,兼容在 5-125VDC 和 10-240VAC 的电压范围内运行。


1756-OW16I 的额定输出电流为 1 A @ 5-30V DC;0.5 安 @ 48VDC;0.22 安 @ 125VDC;1.5 A @ 120VAC,50/60 Hz 和 0.75 A @ 240VAC,50/60 Hz。该模块的先导额定值为 C300/R150。

The Allen-Bradley 1756-OW16I is a sixteen (16) channel discrete output module that is part of the ControlLogix automation platform. The module is a relay output module with contact form of normally open (N.O.) and separate isolation. The module can also be called a dry contact output module and is compatible to operate in the voltage range of 5-125VDC and 10-240VAC.


The rated output current of the 1756-OW16I is 1 A@5-30V DC; 0.5Am@48VDC; 0.22am@125VDC; 1.5A@ 120VAC, 50/60 Hz and 0.75A@ 240VAC, 50/60 Hz. The module has a pilot rating of C300/R150.


For two signal conversions, the maximum output delay time for each output channel is 10 ms. It draws 150 mA of current @ 5.1 VDC and 24VDC from the backplane for a total backplane power consumption of 4.4 watts.


The 1756-OW16I has a maximum switching frequency of one (1) operation every three (1) seconds or (0.3 Hz at rated load) and an average bounce time of 1.2 ms. Each output contact is expected to operate at frequencies up to 300 kHz when used with resistive loads and up to 100 kHz when used with inductive loads. In addition, the module supports scheduled output and can be configured to remain in the last state, on or off during a failure, with the default setting being off. Similarly, the output state can be left in the final state, with OFF as the default setting in PROGRAM mode. The module comes with removable terminal (RTB). The RTBS for this module are 1756-TBCH and 1756-TBS6H.


The 1756-OW16I has an ON to OFF and OFF to ON output delay time of 10 milliseconds and consumes 150mA of backplane current at 5.1 V and 24 V DC for a total backplane power of 4.4 watts. It has a heat dissipation of 15.35 BTU/ hour and dissipates 60 watts at 4.5 degrees Celsius. Each output can withstand a minimum current load of 10mA and a current leak of 1.5 mA per point. The 1756-OW16I contact module has an initial contact impedance of 100 ohms at 6V, 1A and a load dependent switching frequency of 0.3 Hz. It has an average bounce time of 1.2 milliseconds and an expected contact life of 300 kHz (resistance) and 100 kHz (inductance). The 1756-OW16I has a scheduled output synchronization time of 16.7 seconds relative to Coordinated System Time (CST), a circuit isolation voltage of 250 volts, and a basic insulation type tested at 1350 volts AC, lasting 2 seconds between output to backplane and output to output. The 1756-OW16I has a specified T4 North American temperature code and an open housing. Its operating temperature range is between 0 and 60 degrees Celsius, humidity is 5% to 95%, and there is no condensation.
