 The Allen-Bradley 1756-IH16I is a feed/pull current digital input module with 16 independently isolated inputs. It requires a 36-pin RTB or detachable terminal housing of 1756-TBCH or 1756-TBS6H before it can be connected to a compatible ControlLogix case. The module has per-point isolation and displays module health as well as input and communication status. The 1756-IH16I operates in a voltage range of 90 to 146 volts DC, with a voltage class of 125 volts DC. It has a current consumption of 125 mah at 5.1 volts and 3 mah at 24 volts. The 1756-IH16I has a total backplane power of 0.71 watts, a maximum inrush current of 250 mA, a maximum power consumption of 5 watts at 60 degrees Celsius, and a heat dissipation of 17.05 BTU/ hour.
