Allen-Bradley 1336-BDB-SP37C PCB kit is designed for Allen-Bradley 1336 Plus, Impact, ForceAC inverters. It is compatible with E-Frame 150 drivers with a 1336 volt AC voltage rating and 460 HP output rating.

Allen-Bradley 1336-BDB-SP37C PCB (printed circuit board) is a discontinued gate drive board. It is a replacement part of the Allen-Bradley 1336 (Force, Impact, Plus, Plus II and REGEN) drive assembly family. The 1336-BDB-SP37C gate driver board provides gate control for the SCR and is located between the main case and the main control board of the host driver. The 1336-BDB-SP37C gate driver is backward compatible and can be used as a suitable replacement for the 1336-BDB-SP37-A/B board. The board is designed for the 1336 Plus II, Plus, shock and force drivers with a 460 volt AC input voltage rating and a total rated power of 150 HP. This drive is compatible with E-frame drives and supports every case rating.

The 1336-BDB-SP37C PCB Assembly kit includes a spare board and installation tools. It is generally recommended to test the grid driver after replacing the power module. To test the gate drive board, test the fuses F1 and F3 on the board for open conditions using a test meter set in resistance mode. To install a 1336-BDB-SP37C PCB, turn off the power and check for zero voltage (-DC and +DC) on the terminals and for no control voltage. Remove the main control panel and remove the old grid drive panel. Connect 6 jumper connectors (J2 and J6 to J10) and a single fan connector to the new gate driver plate. Reconnect the main control board and restore power to the driver.
