The Allen-Bradley 1756-IF4FXOF2F is an analog composite I/O module. The module belongs to the ControlLogix system, which is compatible with the 1756 ControlLogix chassis and requires a 1756-TBS6H or 1756-TBCH detachable terminal housing (RTB). The module has 4 high-speed submillisecond differential inputs and 2 high-speed voltage or current outputs. The module has a display that shows the module health and operating status, such as calibration mode. It also has an update cycle with a 300-minute scan time and features sub-millisecond channel scanning and synchronous sampling across multiple modules.


The Allen-Bradley 1756-IF4FXOF2F is a ControlLogix high-speed analog combination module. The module features four (4) high-speed sub-millisecond differential inputs compatible to receive 10V, 0 to 10V, 0 to 5V, and 0 to 20 mA ± signal ranges. It integrates overrange and underrange indications for each analog input channel. It is also equipped with two (2) high-speed voltages or currents with an output range of ± 10V and 0 to 20 mA.


The input channel of the module converts the received analog signal by successive approximation with a resolution of 14 bits (±10.5V) and 12 bits (21 mA). It has a repeatability of ±1 least significant bit (LSB) and requires a calibration interval of 12 months. Analog inputs are suitable for measuring simulated process variables such as flow, level, pressure, temperature, viscosity, pH, turbidity, velocity, and many other process variables.
