αiPS-B系列(电源)
αiPS-B系列电源用于为电机电源提供主电源。根据所用伺服电机和主轴电机的输出电平选择合适的电源。
αiPS-B系列有两种类型,如下:
<1> 200 V 输入系列
该电源设计用于提供 200 至 240 V 的主电源。该模块使用电力再生,在电机减速(再生)期间将能量返回给电源。
它与 200 V 输入系列的 αiSV-B 系列和 αiSP-B 系列一起使用。
<2> 400 V 输入系列
该电源可以连接到 380 至 480V 的主电源,而无需变压器。该模块使用电力再生,在电机减速(再生)期间将能量返回给电源。
它与400V输入系列的αiSV-B系列和αiSP-B系列一起使用。

αi-B系列伺服放大器(以下简称“αi-B放大器”)采用模块化结构,更薄,节省更多空间,输出更少热量,更节能。
紧凑的

(2)改进了电缆连接器的形状,减少了电缆伸入机柜的长度。
节能
(1) 从小容量到大容量的所有型号均标配再生,以节省能源。

减少布线
(1) 主轴放大器与FSSB一起提供,使伺服放大器和主轴放大器仅通过光纤电缆连接到CNC。
(2) 放大器可以用一根电缆连接。
(3) 包括从电机输出接线端子到法兰的接地连接,因此不再需要外部电缆进行此连接。(需要从法兰顶部连接到功率磁性元件柜上的系统接地。
连接器连接到电源线
(1) 连接器连接到输入电源线和电机电源线。(对于大容量型号,使用接线端子。大大减少了伺服放大器电源线与功率磁性元件柜的连接和分离所需的时间。
提高可维护性
(1) 现在可以更换散热器冷却风扇电机,而无需从功率磁性柜中取出设备。
(2) 智能故障排除功能允许您在CNC屏幕上查看诊断信息,以定位伺服或主轴报警的原因。
(3) 现在可以监控电源的输入电压,从而更容易定位由于输入电源异常而发出警报的原因。
(4) 输入电源线和电机电源线上都装有连接器,便于将伺服放大器更换为另一台伺服放大器。
(5)省去了更换伺服放大器后进行参考位置返回操作的需要。
伺服放大器αi系列在Absolute Pulsecoder中标配内置备用电容器。
该电容器可实现约10分钟的绝对位置检测操作,因此在更换伺服放大器或反馈电缆后,无需进行参考位置返回操作。
预防性维护
(1) 内置漏电检测功能,可高精度自动检测电机或电源线绝缘劣化的任何迹象。
强化阵容
(1) 在αiPS-B 200 V输入型号中增加了不带外部鳍片的60mm宽型号。
(2) 在αiPS-B 400V输入型号的基础上增加了300mm宽的型号。
(3) αiSV-B 400 V 输入型号增加了 3 轴伺服放大器。
(4)增加了αiSVP-B系列,最适合自动车床。

αiPS-B Series (Power Supply)
The αiPS-B series power supply is used to provide the main power supply for the motor power supply. Select the appropriate power supply according to the output level of the servo motor and spindle motor used.
There are two types of the αiPS-B series, as follows:
<1> 200 V input series
The power supply is designed to provide a main power supply of 200 to 240 V. The module uses electricity regeneration, returning energy to the power supply during deceleration (regeneration) of the motor.
It is used with the αiSV-B series and αiSP-B series of the 200 V input series.
<2> 400 V input series
The power supply can be connected to the main power supply from 380 to 480V without the need for a transformer. The module uses electricity regeneration, returning energy to the power supply during deceleration (regeneration) of the motor.
It is used with the αiSV-B series and αiSP-B series of the 400V input series.

The α-I-B series servo amplifiers (hereinafter referred to as "α-I-B amplifiers") have a modular structure, which is thinner, saves more space, outputs less heat and is more energy efficient.
compact
(1) Using the latest low-loss power devices and newly developed efficient heat sinks, to provide small servo amplifiers.
(2) The shape of the cable connector is improved to reduce the length of the cable into the cabinet.
Energy conservation
(1) All models from small capacity to large capacity are standard with regeneration to save energy.
(2) The use of the latest low-loss power devices, less heat output.
Reduced wiring
(1) The spindle amplifier is supplied with the FSSB so that the servo amplifier and spindle amplifier are connected to the CNC only by fiber optic cable.
(2) The amplifier may be connected by a single cable.
(3) Includes a ground connection from the motor output terminal to the flange, so an external cable is no longer required for this connection. System grounding is required from the top of the flange to the power magnetic cabinet.
The connector is connected to the power cord
(1) The connector is connected to the input power cord and the motor power cord. (For high-capacity models, use wiring terminals. The time required to connect and separate the servo amplifier power cord from the power magnetic component cabinet is greatly reduced.
Improve maintainability
(1) The radiator cooling fan motor can now be replaced without removing the device from the power magnetic cabinet.
(2) Intelligent troubleshooting allows you to view diagnostic information on the CNC screen to locate the cause of the servo or spindle alarm.
(3) The input voltage of the power supply can now be monitored, making it easier to locate the cause of the alarm due to an abnormal input power supply.
(4) The input power line and the motor power line are equipped with connectors to facilitate the replacement of the servo amplifier with another servo amplifier.
(5) Eliminating the need for reference position return operation after replacing the servo amplifier.
The servo amplifier Alpha i series is supplied with a built-in backup capacitor in Absolute Pulsecoder.
The capacitor enables about 10 minutes of absolute position detection operation, so no reference position return operation is required after changing the servo amplifier or feedback cable.
Preventive maintenance
(1) Built-in leakage detection function, which can automatically detect any signs of motor or power line insulation deterioration with high precision.
Enhanced lineup
(1) A 60mm wide model without external fins has been added to the αiPS-B 200 V input model.
(2) A 300mm wide model is added to the αiPS-B 400V input model.
(3) The αiSV-B 400 V input model adds a 3-axis servo amplifier.
(4) Added αiSVP-B series, most suitable for automatic lathes.
