The Allen-Bradley 1794-OE12 is a high-density analog output module that is part of the Flex IO product family. The module has twelve (12) output channels that can be configured for 0-20mA, 4-20 mA current signals, and +/- 10VDC voltage signals. The module's channels are non-isolated and support a single-ended cabling configuration.
The 1794-OE12 is used with terminal bases such as 1794-TB3G and 1794-TB3GS with key switch position 4. It has an open housing, which means that the module and the entire Flex I/O assembly must be installed inside the housing to provide adequate protection for industrial elements.
The 1794-OE12 is equipped with a built-in analog-to-digital circuit (ADC) converter. It converts digital data into analog signals with a resolution of 16 bits and a 2-complement data format.
