The Allen-Bradley™ Micro830 Logic Controller 2080-LC30-24QBB is a cost-effective control solution for small applications by end users and machine manufacturers. It has fourteen (14) 24 volt DC/AC inputs and ten (10) 24 volt output points. The maximum digital I/O achievable on this controller is 48. The 2080-LC30-24QBB features four high-speed counter (abbreviated HSC) inputs, a plug-in slot that can be customized to the user's needs, Modbus RTU protocol for serial ports, integrated and non-isolated USB 2.0 ports for programming (using any standard USB) Printer cable), a non-isolated serial port (RS232/485), and high-speed input interrupts. It does not have a basic Ethernet /IP port. Up to three plug-in modules can be easily integrated into the controller; Machine manufacturers can easily customize the controller with these plug-in modules and add machine capabilities without increasing the footprint of the controller.
