193-ECM-ETR是一种数字量信号连接应注意的继电器。当对运行/ 停止、正转/ 反转、点动等运行状态进行操作的数字量输入信号(开关型指令信号)来自PLC的数字量输出信号时,应使用继电器输出型P L C与变频器相连。
此外,使用晶体管输出型P L C与变频器相连时,应注意晶体管本身的电压的高低、电流的大小等限制条件在其范围内,保证系统的可靠性。设计变频器的输入信号电路时,应尽量避免采用继电器等感性负载,因继电器开闭产生的浪涌电流可能引起变频器的误动作。当P L C的输出开关信号进入变频器时,有时会发生外部电源和变频器控制电源之间的串扰,应注意对P L C和变频器分开接地,避免两者使用共同的接地线。

Bulletin 193/592 The E300 (Networked) and E200™™ (non-networked) electronic overload relays are the latest technologies for overload protection. Modular design, communication options, diagnostic information, simplified wiring and integration with Logix technology make it ideal for motor control applications in automation systems.
193-ECM-ETR is a relay that should be noted for digital quantity signal connection. When the digital input signal (switch type command signal) of the operation state such as running/stop, forward/reverse, and point is from the digital output signal of the PLC, the relay output type PCB should be connected to the inverter.
In addition, when the transistor output type PCB is connected to the inverter, attention should be paid to the limitation conditions such as the voltage level of the transistor itself and the size of the current within its range to ensure the reliability of the system. When designing the input signal circuit of the inverter, the inductive load such as relay should be avoided as far as possible, because the inrush current generated by the opening and closing of the relay may cause the misoperation of the inverter. When the PCB output switch signal enters the inverter, crosstalk sometimes occurs between the external power supply and the inverter control power supply, and attention should be paid to the separate grounding of the PCB and the inverter to avoid the use of a common grounding wire for both.
