AI893 模拟量输入模块有 8 个通道。该模块在每个通道上都包含本质安全保护组件,用于连接到危险区域的工艺设备,而无需额外的外部设备。
该模块可配置为 2 线或 3 线 RTD 传感器或 TC 传感器。在 TC 模式下,通道 8 用于冷端(环境)温度测量,因此用作通道 1...7 的 CJ 通道。结温可以在 MTU 螺丝端子上局部测量,也可以在远离设备的连接单元上测量。冷端温度使用 3 线 Pt 100 传感器测量。或者,模块的固定结温可以由用户设置(作为参数)。当不需要 CJ 温度测量时,通道 8 可以以与通道 1-7 相同的方式使用。

【英文介绍】
The AI893 analog input module has 8 channels. The module contains intrinsically safe protection components on each channel for connecting process equipment to hazardous areas without the need for additional external equipment.
The module can be configured as a 2-wire or 3-wire RTD sensor or TC sensor. In TC mode, channel 8 is used for cold end (ambient) temperature measurement and is therefore used as channel 1. CJ channel of 7. The junction temperature can be measured locally on the MTU screw terminal or on a connection unit far away from the device. The cold end temperature is measured using a 3-wire Pt 100 sensor. Alternatively, the fixed junction temperature of the module can be set by the user (as a parameter). When CJ temperature measurements are not required, channels 8 can be used in the same way as channels 1-7.
The TU890 and TU891 compact Mtus can be used with this module to enable three-wire connections to process equipment without the need for additional terminals. The TU890 is for explosion-proof applications and the TU891 is for non-explosion-proof applications.
