E33NCHA-LNN-NS-00 混合励磁同步电机的构造基本上与电容分相式单相异步电动机相似,其定子上装有两个位置互差90%的绕组,一个是励磁绕组Rf,它始终接在交流电压Uf上,另一个是控制绕组L,联接控制信号电压Uc。所以交流伺服电动机又称两个同服电动机。交流同服电动机的转子通常做成鼠笼式,但为了使伺服电动机具有较宽的调速范围、线性的机械特性,无“自转”现象和快速响应的性能,它与普通电动机相比,应具有转子电阻大和转动惯量小这两个特点。应用较多的转子结构有两种形式:一种是采用高电阻率的导电材料做成的高电阻率导条的鼠笼转子,为了减小转子的转动惯量,转子做得细长,另一种是采用铝合金制成的空心杯形转子,杯壁很薄,仅0.2-0.3mm,为了减小磁路的磁阻,要在空心杯形转子内放置固定的内定子.空心杯形转子的转动惯量很小,反应迅速,而且运转平稳,因此被广泛采用。交流伺服电动机在没有控制电压时,定子内只有励磁绕组产生的脉动磁场,转子静止不动。当有控制电压时,定子内便产生一个旋转硒场,转子沿旋转磁场的方向旋转,在负载恒定的情况下,电动机的转速随控制电压的大小而变化,当控制电乐的相位相反时,伺服电动机将反转。

E33NCHA-LNN-NS-00 混合励磁同步电机是一种宽调速电机,它结合了永磁同步电机和电励磁同步电机的优点,又克服了它们各自的缺点。因此,它在宽速度运行范围的风力发电系统和电驱动系统具有广阔的应用前景。 混合励磁同步电机的基本由于混合励磁电机在结构上实现了电机气隙磁场的直接调节与控制,突破了传统永磁电机通过电枢电流矢量控制实现弱磁或增磁的局限,结构上可有多种实现方式。 按照转子(动子)的运动方向可分为旋转式混合励磁电机和直线式混合励磁电机;从电机永磁体放置位置可分为转子永磁型混合励磁电机和定子永磁型混合励磁电机。 混合励磁电机(Hybrid Excitation Motor,HEM)是一种综合了永磁体和励磁线圈的电机,其结构和原理如下: 结构 混合励磁电机主要由定子和转子两部分组成。定子由电机的外壳、定子绕组、励磁线圈和传感器等部分组成。转子由永磁体和绕组组成,其中永磁体通常采用高能磁体材料,绕组则连接电枢和励磁线圈。

The structure of E33NCHA-LNN-NS-00 hybrid excitation synchronous motor is basically similar to that of capacitor split-phase single-phase asynchronous motor, and its stator is equipped with two windings whose positions are 90% different from each other. One is excitation winding Rf, which is always connected to AC voltage Uf, and the other is control winding L, which is connected to control signal voltage Uc. Therefore, AC servo motors are also called two uniform motors. The rotor of AC motor is usually made of squirrel cage, but in order to make the servo motor have a wide speed range, linear mechanical characteristics, no "rotation" phenomenon and fast response performance, it should have two characteristics: large rotor resistance and small moment of inertia compared with ordinary motors. There are two kinds of rotor structures that are widely used: one is a squirrel-cage rotor with high resistivity conductive bars, which is slender to reduce the rotor's moment of inertia, and the other is a hollow cup-shaped rotor made of aluminum alloy, whose cup wall is very thin, only 0.2-0.3 mm. In order to reduce the magnetic resistance, a fixed inner stator should be placed in the hollow cup-shaped rotor. The moment of inertia of the hollow cup-shaped rotor is very small, and it reacts quickly and runs smoothly. When there is no control voltage for AC servo motor, there is only pulsating magnetic field generated by excitation winding in the stator, and the rotor is stationary. When there is a control voltage, a rotating selenium field is generated in the stator, and the rotor rotates in the direction of the rotating magnetic field. When the load is constant, the speed of the motor changes with the magnitude of the control voltage. When the phase of the control music is opposite, the servo motor will reverse.


E33NCHA-LNN-NS-00 hybrid excitation synchronous motor is a kind of wide speed regulating motor, which combines the advantages of permanent magnet synchronous motor and electric excitation synchronous motor, and overcomes their respective disadvantages. Therefore, it has a broad application prospect in wind power generation system and electric drive system with wide speed operation range. Basically, the hybrid excitation synchronous motor realizes the direct adjustment and control of the air gap magnetic field of the motor in structure, which breaks through the limitation of traditional permanent magnet motor to realize weakening or increasing the magnetic field through armature current vector control, and there are many ways to realize it in structure. According to the moving direction of the rotor (rotor), it can be divided into rotary hybrid excitation motor and linear hybrid excitation motor; According to the position of permanent magnet, it can be divided into rotor permanent magnet hybrid excitation motor and stator permanent magnet hybrid excitation motor. Hybrid Excitation Motor (HEM) is a kind of motor which combines permanent magnet and excitation coil. Its structure and principle are as follows: Structure Hybrid excitation motor is mainly composed of stator and rotor. Stator consists of motor shell, stator winding, excitation coil and sensor. The rotor consists of a permanent magnet and a winding, wherein the permanent magnet is usually made of high-energy magnet material, and the winding is connected with the armature and the excitation coil.
