电阻发生变化,在X和Y两个方向上产生信号,然后送触摸屏控制器。控制器侦测到这一接触并计算出(X,Y)的位置,再根据模拟鼠标的方式运作。这就是电阻技术触摸屏的基本的原理。 电阻类触摸屏的关键在于材料科技,常用的透明导电涂层材料有: A、ITO,氧化铟,弱导电体,特性是当厚度降到1800个埃(埃=10-10米)以下时会突然变得透明,透光率为80%,再薄下去透光率反而下降,到300埃厚度时又上升到80%。ITO是所有电阻技术触摸屏及电容技术触摸屏都用到的主要材料,实际上电阻和电容技术触摸屏的工作面就是ITO涂层。系统的软件设计根据硬件结构的总体划分,也可以分为两大部分来描述。整个系统的运行如图2所示,FPGA和DSP各自的程序独立运行,通过中断信号完成数据的实时交互。FPGA向DSP方向的指令是通过FPGA发送一个EDMA请求,DSP通过响应EDMA请求,建立EDMA通道,开始从FIFO中进行预处理后数据的读取,DSP向FPGA传输数据时,通过向FPGA发送一个中断信号,让其从FIFO中把压缩后的图像数据读出来。

The key of resistive touch screen lies in material technology. The commonly used transparent conductive coating materials are: A, ITO, indium oxide, and weak conductor. The characteristic is that when the thickness drops below 1800 Angstroms (Angstroms = 10-10m), it suddenly becomes transparent, and the light transmittance is 80%. If it is thinner, the light transmittance will decrease, and it will rise to 80% when it reaches 300 Angstroms. ITO is the main material used in all resistive touch screens and capacitive touch screens. In fact, the working surface of resistive and capacitive touch screens is ITO coating. According to the overall division of hardware structure, the software design of the system can also be described in two parts. The operation of the whole system is shown in Figure 2. The programs of FPGA and DSP run independently, and the real-time interaction of data is completed through interrupt signals. The instruction from FPGA to DSP is to send an EDMA request through FPGA. DSP responds to the EDMA request, establishes an EDMA channel, and starts to read the preprocessed data from FIFO. When DSP transmits data to FPGA, it sends an interrupt signal to let it read the compressed image data from FIFO.
