ABB KP2500 控制系统

AC800M及相关模件均采用DIN导轨式安装，每个模件由一可拆卸单元及相互连接的基座组成，基座实现模件间的外部连接，包括供电及通讯。

控制器的核心为处理器模件及基座，其上安装的两个IEEE802.3以太网口可连接至控制网、监控系统或Control Builder M组态工具。

同时还提供了两个可替代以太网方式的RS232 C口可连接至Control Builder或监控系统或其它符合通讯协议要求的子系统。用户也可自定义通讯协议。其中一个RS232 C口用于短信息的传递，如：编程工具，因此其只提供部分RS232 C 信息。另一通讯口用于长信息的传输，它提供了完全格式的RS232 C 信息，如：调制解调器的控制。

模件的左侧有一用于通讯扩展（CEX）的插槽。系统提供了Profibus DP、FF、Modbus等多种类型的通讯模件，控制器可连接多至12个通讯模件。

AC800M and related modules are installed by DIN rail, and each module consists of a detachable unit and interconnected pedestals, which realize external connection between modules, including power supply and communication.

The core of the controller is the processor module and the base, and the two IEEE802.3 Ethernet ports installed on it can be connected to the control network, monitoring system or Control Builder M configuration tool.

At the same time, it also provides two RS232 C ports that can replace Ethernet and can be connected to Control Builder or monitoring system or other subsystems that meet the requirements of communication protocol. Users can also customize the communication protocol. One of the RS232 C ports is used to transmit short messages, such as programming tools, so it only provides part of RS232 C information. Another communication port is used for the transmission of long information, which provides RS232 C information in full format, such as modem control.

The left side of the module has a slot for communication expansion (CEX). The system provides various communication modules such as Profibus DP, FF and Modbus, and the controller can connect up to 12 communication modules.
