The SENTRY VREL-11 is a valve specifically designed to solve high pressure sampling problems. The valve consists of two stainless steel tubes attached to a large tube or barrel, in which the conical rod assembly of the gun barrel in a precision hole, high-pressure fluid can enter, flow through one rod, turn and flow through the other rod, and then out. The pressure drop is a function of the length of the barrel. The pressure decreases smoothly under laminar flow conditions, and the dissociation of components is reduced by discontinuous pressure drop.

The VREL-11 valve is designed so that the pressure drop and flow rate of the sample are controlled, allowing precise flow and pressure control without worrying about valve corrosion or fluid separation.
