The 531X301DCCAFG2 is a drive control board manufactured and designed by General Electric as part of the Mark V series for drive control systems. Found an Intel 80186 microprocessor on the control processor board. After downloading the new software to the EEPROM, the processor can be restarted using a small pushbutton switch on the circuit board.
Power requirements
Mark V panels can draw power from a variety of sources. Before entering the Mark V panel, each power input source (two AC power supplies and two DC power supplies) should pass through its own external 30 A 2 extreme thermal magnetic circuit breaker. One 125 V DC power supply and/or up to two 120/240 V AC power supplies can be used as power supplies.
The universal 125 V DC panel distribution bus is used to power each power board that each core in the panel has.
Log function
Alerts are recorded at a resolution of 62 milliseconds when they occur and when they are cleared.
The printer records events (turbine operations), such as engaging a turning gear or turning off a generator circuit breaker, at a single time-label resolution of 62 milliseconds. Events can be user-defined and dynamically modified.
On the printer, the event (contact input) is recorded with a unique time label of 1 millisecond. Event log records every contact input made by Mark V, individual contact inputs can be deleted from the event log, and records can be turned on or off in the field.
Turbine trip analysis has a record in the trip log. Each sample can contain up to 63 parameters, with 3 post-trip samples lasting 3 seconds and 38 pre-trip samples lasting 5 hours. You can print this information or view it on the display. When the device restarts, the freeze on the trip log is broken and the sample begins to replace the memory location in the log.
