The generator Load Control (GLC) unit is designed for the basic function of controlling and adjusting the electrical load to which the generator is connected. The device has been used for commercial use in generating sets.

The standard method of operation is one of two. If the 8271-923 uses an isolated power supply system, a generator load control unit can be used to perform each load distribution and speed control function. Second, if the 8271-923 is connected to a parallel line that is available for load distribution and speed control, then it can sense a voltage that represents the load on the generator. In both applications, generator loading control can be used for soft loading and unloading of generators.

If a local power system is used in parallel with an unlimited bus, the 8271-923 can run up to 15 other series of load distribution and speed control. The 8271-923 comes with a full automatic warranty immediately after purchase.
