The 9905-707 is designed for parallel, synchronous, loading and unloading of three-phase AC generator sets, but as a reduced upgrade model, it does not have power factor control or process control.

The 9905-707 DSLC has a rated input voltage of 120 Vac and a speed bias of 1-5 Vdc. This open incremental PT configuration controller is rated for operating temperatures of -40 to +70 °C (-40 to 158 F) and storage temperatures of -55 to +105 °C (-67 to 221 F).
