The 9905-001 SPM-A synchronizer offsets the speed setting of the off-line generator so that the frequency and phase are the same as the level of the other generator in the isolated multi-engine system. When the frequency and phase match evenly, it can automatically send a contact closure signal to close the circuit breaker between the line pairs.

The series is equipped with adjustable dynamics to match the parameters of the generator engine. The 9905-001 model has a frequency range of 50 to 60 Hz. The phase Angle is +/- 10 degrees and does not have the ability to handle any voltage matching. The unit is equipped with inputs with a voltage range of 115 to 230 V/AC RMS.
