MicroNet Simplex High density analog I/O module 5466-5026 is a 24/7 analog intelligence enhancement module that can be used with GAP and AppManager applications. The 5466-5026 unit does not have any potentiometers and requires no calibration at all.
The 5466-5026 module is a 24/7 high-density analog I/O, which can only operate in simplex systems. The module is backward compatible and can be used with part number 5466-332. The unit will be installed in the card rail in the selected case and will be plugged into the motherboard and connected to up to two field conversion modules via two high-density cables. Any and all inputs and outputs are available on FTM, and channels are also specially labeled so that they can be used to correspond to their specific software location.
There are three different types of configurations available for the 5466-5026 module. If you want to use all 4-20 mA inputs, you should set the module to the second configuration; In the second configuration, all inputs can be used with the Dataforth input plug-in. This feature allows voltage blocking and factory voltage calibration using a 200 Ω resistor.
The 5466-5026 board has a number of leds on the front panel that indicate a fault based on the number of flashes.
