5466-1156, Micronet TMR 48/24 HDDIO-2 intelligent plus. The module does not need to be calibrated, nor does any need to be adjusted using a potentiometer. The 5466-1156 module can be used in two different configuration types.
The Model 5466-1156 is a discrete input/output Smart-Plus unit with 48 discrete inputs and 25 discrete outputs. This unit does not have any potentiometer and does not require calibration. A feature of the model is that there are two configuration modes, one configuration mode consists of a 48/24 discrete FM that is connected to the <>/<> discrete combination module via two high-density analog discrete cables, and FTM will be connected to a <> channel trunk mode or two <> channel trunk modules via low density discrete cables.
When it comes to inputs from 5466-1156, they are usually optically isolated and can be accessed via either 24/12 discrete FTM or 48/12 discrete FTM, depending on the configuration of the module. Another thing to note is that there are many different power supplies depending on the configuration of the module. For example, if this module is in the second configuration, it will have an external 18-32 VDC power supply or an external 100-150 VDC power supply for the circuit wetting voltage.
There are three types of relay output boxes available for models 5466-1156, these boxes are:
16 channel relay module
16 channel relay Phoenix module
32 channel relay module
Regardless of which module is used, it will be connected to the 48/24 discrete FTM via a separate cable and can provide a universal cage clamp connection for customer field wiring. The output on the module is non-isolated and all isolation will take place in the relay box.
