Woodward discrete input/output simplex module 5466-1050 can be used for redundancy or single power supply. The unit is also available in two different configurations, 48/24 discrete FTM and 24/12 discrete FTM.

The Woodward MicroNet Digital Controller 5466-1050 is a MicroNet Simplex 48/24 HDDIO Smart-Plus unit. The unit has a circuit that can be used for 24 discrete outputs and <> discrete inputs. No calibration is required for this model and there is no potentiometer on the panel. If a device needs to be replaced, just replace it with the same part number without any adjustment. To install the device, the module will slide into the card rail in the case and then continue to insert the motherboard. The module can be configured in two different ways. One of these is to connect a <> VDC FTM via two high-density analog/discrete cables.

The 5466-1050 model enables the circuit wetting voltage to be supplied by two different power sources, namely an 18-32 external VDC source or a 100-150 external VDC source. Please note that regardless of whether each 48/24 DIO module can accommodate only one input voltage range, depending on the standard, this range is only 125 VDC for UL or 24 VDC for LVD and UL. All contact inputs on the module accept dry contacts.

Model 5466-1050 can be customized to meet customer requirements, I/O can be configured as simplex, duplex or triplex, and this particular model will have a simplex I/O model. Therefore, the model can be replaced in hot conditions with the controller power on constantly. Units 5466-1050 can also be repaired while the controller is online.
